Where are the Local Listings?

Where are the Local Listings? They're on my new website Locally Owned Locally Made Gosford at lhttp://locallygosford.blogspot.com.au/.

Feedback made urgent the moving of the Local Listings to the new site, so they can flourish without having to be hunted down on this site.

Locally Owned Locally Made Gosford
will have live links to businesses websites and business phone numbers for tradespeople and others who don’t need websites. When I first go live, I’ll be putting up some live links and phone numbers for free until I have things sorted out and I’m ready to charge (standard) pay-per-click rates. Enjoy!

Bonython Tower AKA Singo’s Tower

The Bonython Tower site, November 2017

The Bonython Tower site is a hive of activity, as usual. I have yet to see a worker sitting around waiting on this site. I think it must be well managed. It wouldn’t be so fast-moving a build if it weren’t.

Most of the Gosford building sites are well-managed and therefore fast-moving. I won’t embarrass the managers of the few slow-moving sites by mentioning them. The tiny houses site is an exception as it’s being used as a teaching site for apprentices and other construction workers. And the Froggy’s site on Mann Street, opposite the Council building, is still having old asbestos problems.

More materials being lowered down onto the site, November 2017

More building materials being lowered by the crane, onto the 1st floor (U.S. 2nd floor).

Behind the blue mesh we can see one of Mann Street’s street trees. This site is right in the heart of Gosford.

Fire escape stairs & loading dock, November 2017

The loading dock from above and, on the left of it in the grey block-bricks, fire escape stairs under construction.

The view from Paul lane, November 2017

The loading bay seen from Paul Lane, and, on the right, a representative from Monty Python’s Ministry of Silly Walks.

Probably a generator, November 2017

A power generator, I think, up on the 1st floor. Workers wielding power tools would need generators to plug their tools into or perhaps to re-charge cordless tools.

Probable lift shaft, November 2017

Until I find out otherwise, my money is still on this being a lift shaft (elevator shaft).

I look forward to seeing what changes another week brings to this fast-moving site.
