Neera Road

This is the second tiny house site in the Gosford area. It's in Neera Road Umina Beach and, as you can see, they haven't yet broken ground on it.

Perhaps they'll finish the first site at the corner of Showground Road and Racecourse Road in Gosford first, across the road from the old high school.
